Why have I not received my paper statement?

If you have not received a paper statement, please ensure that we hold your current address. You can confirm the details by contacting Telephone Banking or by visiting your local branch.

Please note: If you have a joint account - the other party to this account may have opted to go paperless and turned off paper statements. You can check if paper statements have been turned off within the 'Statements' section of Online Banking. Just select 'Stop or start paper statements by updating your paperless settings'.
