To update your email address:
- In Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window), select 'Your details' and then 'Update email address'.
- Type in your new email address into the 'new email address' box. Then retype it in the 'Confirm email address' box.
- Please ensure you confirm your marketing preferences by either ticking or unticking the box.
- Make sure your email address is correct, then authorise the change using your card reader or using Biometric approval in the Mobile App.
- If you only have a mortgage or loan with us, you won't need a card reader to update your email address in Online Banking
