If the Activation Code has expired you will need a new one. The expiry date will be contained in the letter or text message you receive. To obtain a new Activation Code simply complete our re-register for Online Banking (opens in a new window) form.

If you did not enter a Debit Number on your first attempt you may find that entering this avoids the need for an Activation Code & you maybe able to gain instant access to your accounts. However if an activation code is still required it will arrive by post or text message.
