Additional cardholders must be UK residents and 18 years old or over. You can request an application form to add an additional cardholder to your credit card by contacting us via:

Mobile banking app

  1. Log in to your NatWest mobile banking app
  2. Select your credit card
  3. In the 'Manage My Card' section select 'Add an Additional Cardholder' from the menu
  4. Enter the name and contact details of the person that you would like to add to your account, and we will send them an invite to complete their part of the application. Please note that your proposed Additional Cardholder will also be asked to upload a valid photo ID and selfie to verify their identity

Online Banking

  1. Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Cards' from the main menu
  3. In the 'Manage your credit card' section select ‘Add a second card holder' from the menu
  4. Enter last 4 digits of your NatWest credit card
  5. Select ‘Submit’ and a letter should arrive within 3 working days asking for information about the additional cardholder
  6. Return the completed form to: PO Box 5747, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 9AJ
