You can change your alert preferences any time you like using Online Banking:
- Log in to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
- From the main menu select 'Alerts'
- From the 'Alerts' page select 'Manage alerts'
- Select the account you wish to amend the alert settings on
- Select 'Amend these alert settings'
Please note: You may need your card-reader or your mobile app if you are registered for biometrics to confirm certain changes to your alert preferences.
