How do I change my alert preferences?

You can change your alert preferences any time you like using Online Banking:

  1. Log in to Online Banking at (opens in a new window)
  2. From the main menu select 'Alerts'
  3. From the 'Alerts' page select 'Manage alerts'
  4. Select the account you wish to amend the alert settings on
  5. Select 'Amend these alert settings'

Please note: You may need your card-reader or your mobile app if you are registered for biometrics to confirm certain changes to your alert preferences.
