Scheduled international payments can be cancelled up to 4.00 pm (UK time) on the business day before the payment is due to be made.

To cancel a scheduled foreign payment:

  1. Log on to Online Banking at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu
  3. In the 'International payments' section select 'Manage scheduled payments'
  4. Select the appropriate payment from your list of scheduled payments
  5. Select 'Cancel payment' followed by 'Confirm'

Please note: if you have set up a scheduled payment at a branch, it may not appear in your list of scheduled payments online. Please contact a branch if you wish to amend or cancel this payment.
