How do I get the Mobile Banking App?

The Mobile App is available on iOS and Android devices via the App or Play store or you can text yourself a link. (opens in a new window) 

You can follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ‘I’m an existing customer’
  2. Tap on ‘Get started’
  3. Please accept our terms and conditions
  4. Enter your Customer Number
    I’ve forgotten my customer number  (opens in a new window) 
    If you are not registered for Online Banking please tap ‘What’s my customer number’
  5. Then enter your partial PIN and password 
    I’ve forgotten my PIN (opens in a new window)
  6. We will then send you an activation code by text message to the mobile phone number we hold on file. You may need to leave the app to view the text message with the activation code.
  7. Enter activation code
  8. You will then be asked to create a passcode which you will need to log into the Mobile App
  9. If your phone is enable with biometric log in, you can choose to enable this to log in to your Mobile App on your device
  10. Congratulations – you are now ready to use the Mobile App!

App available to customers with Online Banking using compatible iOS and Android devices and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

Touch ID and Face ID are available on selected Apple devices. Android Fingerprint is available on selected Android devices.
