How do I get the mobile app?

Our mobile app is available to NatWest customers aged over 11, with Online Banking and a UK mobile or international number in specific countries. These include Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malta, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

The mobile app is available on iPhone, Android and also available on iPad.

Follow the instructions below to register and activate

  1. Go to natwest.com/mobile (opens in a new window)
  2. Click "Get the app"
    You will need to enter your mobile number and select which type of phone you have so we can send you a link. Once you have downloaded the app you will be prompted to enter your mobile number and accept our Terms & Conditions. We will then ask you to confirm your mobile number so we can send you a one time activation code by text message.
  3. Enter activation code.
  4. Choose passcode
  5. Enter your Online Banking customer number
  6. Enter requested security details from your Online Banking service
  7. Start using the mobile app!
