If you need to change a standing order due out in the next 2 working days, you can contact us or visit us in branch.

For example: If a payment is due to leave your account on a Friday, the final opportunity to amend or cancel the standing order online is by close of business on Tuesday. Alternatively you can cancel the standing order (which will recall the payment) up to 6pm one working day before the payment is made, and set up a new one with the amended details. You'll need your card-reader to do this.
