How do I change my address?

You can change your address with the bank using one of the following options:

Registered for Online Banking

If you're registered, the easiest way is from within Online Banking;

  1. Log in to your Online Banking service at www.nwolb.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Your Details' from the left hand menu
  3. Choose from one of the on-screen options

Not registered for Online Banking

You can change your address in writing by sending us a signed request addressed to a branch. This can be posted to a branch. Alternatively you can visit any NatWest branch - Please remember to take some form of photographic identification, such as your passport or driving licence with you. Contact Details Activity Alert
